You retain all rights to the data collected from your sensors and farm operations. We do not claim ownership of your agricultural data.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services with or without notice
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Suspend access for violations of these terms

Limitation of Liability

FarmMonitor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Crop losses or agricultural damages
  • Service interruptions or technical failures

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon Termination

Your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
